SANDRA J. MCNABB has
extensive experience in business litigation, including fraud in the sale
of businesses and products, construction claims, commercial unlawful
detainers, partnership disputes, real estate broker commission claims,
fiduciary breach claims in the context of businesses and trusts, and
Business and Professions Code sec. 17200 claims, as well as in computer-related
disputes such as acquisitions of defective software, trademark infringement,
trade secrets, and distribution rights.
She received her undergraduate degree in 1974 from the University of Washington,
where she joined Phi Beta Kappa, and received her J.D. degree from Stanford University
Law School in 1977. She was, for many
years, a principal in an East Bay law firm
and is a judge pro tem for the San Francisco Superior Court unlawful
detainer program. She is a co-author of " The Law Behind Today's
Construction Contracts, Desk Book of Construction Contracts-With Forms",
and has also written on contractual remedies, the False Claims Act, Business
and Professions Code Sec.17200 claims and webmail issues. She is a member
of the San Mateo and San Francisco Bar Associations.
