DEBORAH K. BOSWELL specializes in estate planning and trust and estate administration. Ms. Boswell's estate planning practice is focused on working with and advising clients on comprehensive estate plans, including revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives, as well as life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, charitable remainder trusts, and family partnerships. Ms. Boswell also works with private and professional fiduciaries and family members in conservatorship, probate or trust administrations.
Ms. Boswell received her undergraduate degree in environment studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1993, and her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific (with distinction) in 1997. Ms. Boswell also holds an advanced degree in taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Florida. Ms. Boswell is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the San Mateo County Bar Association, the Santa Clara County Estate Planning Council, and the Peninsula Estate Planning Council.
