WILLIAM A. BAULD specializes in civil litigation, including
commercial, personal injury, contract and real estate litigation.
In his experience as a trial lawyer, he has handled disputes in
diverse areas of the law, from auto accident cases to large and
complex construction cases. Mr. Bauld serves as an Arbitrator for the
Superior Court of San Mateo County and also as a private Mediator.
He is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association, serving on
the Bench and Bar Committee, the Community Affairs Committee, and the
Bench/Bar/Media Committee. Mr. Bauld also serves on the Board of
Directors of the San Mateo County Trial Lawyers Association. He
graduated with honors from California State Polytechnic University,
Pomona, and received his law degree from Hastings College of the Law
(University of California) in 1981. |
